1. SaaS Product Subscriptions
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the product through the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period for monthly plans.
- Annual plans may be refunded on a prorated basis if canceled within the first 30 days of purchase.
- After 30 days, annual plans follow the same policy as monthly plans: access continues through the end of the billing period with no partial refund.
2. Custom Development Projects
- Custom development projects are billed on a milestone basis as outlined in the project agreement.
- Refunds are available for milestones that have not yet been started.
- No refunds are issued for milestones that have been completed and approved by the client.
- If a dispute arises regarding the quality or completeness of a milestone, we will work with the client to resolve the issue. If resolution is not possible, the matter will be handled through the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at hello@raidenstack.com with your account details and the reason for your request. Please include any relevant order or subscription information.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
